I travel a lot for business, and most is short notice. I have used the dog sitting service at least a dozen times in a twelve month period. Hug a pup is very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The facility is clean, warm and very low stress for the dogs. My dog is very excited to go and I have no worries when she is at her home away from home. Cathie does a great job.

There is not enough room in this box for me to write everything about how wonderful this clinic is. We consider them family and my Eddy and Francesca just adore everyone there. Dr. Trisha, Lindsey, Anne , Alicia , MacKenzie and Jason. ( sorry if we missed anyone) You won't find a better place to take your fur babies where the staff actually cares so much about not only your pet but you. They laugh and cry with you but basically love your pet as much as you do. Awesome!!!!

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. We have taken our cats here for many years and been very pleased with the staffs handling of checkups, emergencies and needles. But today I was completely blown away: our cat went missing back in April and I had called to see if he was there. They took my info and said they would be in touch if he turned up. Well I received that call 4 months later! We are ecstatic to have our little guy back and it's all thanks to the mystery family we assume took him in when he went missing, they nice lady who found him in the park and the clinic staff who were caring and thorough enough to look through their records before sending him off to a shelter.
