They came when they said they would, it took exactly as long as they said it would and they were bang on the quoted price. The process was explained in detail, and I had high confidence the outcome would be to my expectations. I accidentally stepped on it after the final application, and they were able to come the next day to fix my mistake. Very happy customer!
