The job on the car was good. I can't say the same about the overall service. They are open only Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm so if you work during office hours, good luck with that. Also, they mailed me my car key back in a regular envelope (no padding) which had a tear at the bottom and no key (as I have a locked community box, I assume it got lost or stolen in transit... Canada Post doesn't track local packages apparently). Not going back there should I ever need another repair.

Vraiment mauvais service, non courtois,on dirais que tu les déranges quand tu viens. ils ont bourré l'auto de putty au lieu de changer le panneau endommagé, des vis installer a coté des écroux, qui tombe, peinturé tout croche tout les contours de panneau avec du over spray, marque de tapes autour de la peinture. Mon auto avais 56000kms et 4 ans aucun problème mécanique et ils me redonne l'auto avec une lumière de batterie allumé dans le dash 900km ajouté au compteur et l'auto ne charge plus...
My HID fogs broke in the accident.Roger,from the garage argued with me that the wires were rotten and was not caused by the accident.I installed the fogs myself in Sept. And knew very well they worked.The accident was in January and they finally started to fix it in July.He argued with me saying the wires were rotten and they never worked...I had to go down and show him myself how plug and play HIDS worked yet he still argues with me...because of his incompitence my HID S are not covered..plus I had tinted headlights...he decided one was broked but the collision center apperently dosen t do tint...terrible service...terrible personalities...its a shame ford refers them...i ll be changing my ford dealer because of them too
