“It’s an optimal vegetal experience,” says Anne-Marie Roy, a plant-based nutritionist who leads the team at Clinique Renversante (‘Reversal Clinic’).

“There is so much needless suffering because of misinformation about eating,” says Anne-Marie. “Clients get off their medications, they reverse many widespread, chronic diseases, especially type 2 diabetes, they can lose loads of weight – and most importantly, after the program ends people maintain their new plant-based lifestyle. It’s crazy to see how people change.”
“Seeing the results, that’s what motivates me,” Anne-Marie explains. “The idea is to inform people. We don’t learn the basics of nutrition at school. There is a lot of misleading information circulating. I give people the facts so that they can put them into practice and verify for themselves. I make it fun. I bring my groups food shopping, we do cooking classes with them.”
