Je réserve pour ce jour une ne vielle fois chez Enterprise mais décide de changer de succursale pour être plus proche de mon travail! L'expérience a été très mauvaise! Il y avait un problème sur mon dossier et le conseiller ne souhaitait pas faire de concession pour arranger la location (caution sur une carte de crédit et paiement sur une autre). L'expérience avec Enterprise sera la dernière. Chaque agence à ses modes de fonctionnement! Quel est l'intérêt d'une franchise si chacun fait celle-ci.
