Never in my life have I met sales staff that were so out-front rude and condescending! The clothes were mediocre at best, and the owner and staff were beyond rude. (This is coming from someone who was there only to buy things, not to bring in clothes) I paid for my purchase, but let them know that I would never be coming back again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Place
I have been bringing in clothes & shopping at "Once Again" for many years This place has been very helpful to me and the staff has been wonderful. I can only assume the other person brought in some worn or dirty or stained clothing and possibly did not bother to call to make an appointment.. This store has been in business over 30 years and gets an "A" rating from all my friends & family
This business is supposed to take consignment items that are "current and fashionable". I recently brought in items that were from Guess and were less then a year old and they refused to take them. The woman who I dealt with wouldn't even look at half the clothes that I brought in, even though they were all name brand and relatively new! She was extremely rude and condescending. I felt very prejudged. She kept telling me to look around the store and all their items were "current and fashionable". Although the store did have some items that were current, the majority of the store was extremely outdated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! The one star rating I gave this business was about 5 stars too many!
