Left vehicle there on Sunday after getting a boost as recommended by our neighbour. To cut to the chase at 2:00 after my partner went by and spoke to mechanic at 8:30. The Mechanic started yelling at me in front of another customer. He said who would be stupid enough to leave a vehicle without an appointment. I got so upset I told him to stop yelling at me and he got even worse. It was the battery and did get done but I will never go there again. Doug apologized to my partner when picked up

I recently had an amazing experience with this garage - Doug and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and experienced - found the problem, fixed it and there were absolutely no billing surprises!! Honest reliable mechanics - not something you hear of often!!

I get all of my work done on my truck at Doug’s. Fair prices and quick turnaround. My truck is going in tomorrow to have an upgrade installed, and Doug’s is the only place I trust to get the job done.

Do not recommend....

Do not recommend. Doug's Auto care botched an oil change for my wife, resulting in a nasty oil stain on our driveway, then shortly after they failed to re-attach my fuel line after a gas tank "repair". Cost me $800 to fix my client's driveway from the damage it caused. What was most disappointing was Doug's lack of accountability in the whole process. Doug ignored phone calls of complaint and was shockingly ambivalent when finally confronted. Just really sloppy work and poor customer service.
