Skip past Schreiner Shoe
Dropped shoes off to have heel shank replaced on at least one shoe and asked them to check the other heel shank for wobbliness. $37 later I had a new heel shank on the right shoe. First day of wear and the "fixed" shoe created a loud squeak when walking (not great in an office). Almost worse yet the left shoe was wobbly with a broken shank. So I take them back <1 week after pickup. They don't offer any solution for me without the carbon pick-up slip. A $37 lesson learned - go somewhere else. They also don't polish shoes as the value-add that other shoe repair shops offer. There are definitely better options out there.
