Received a charge of $465 on my Visa from Turf Tech Washago on March 9th/2021. I then received a second charge of $465 on March 17th/2021. When I noticed the double billing, I contacted Turf Tech who advised they would check into it. Time passed, no response, then the administrator at Turf Tech advised she was having health issues so give her some time. On July 15th they authorized a Visa credit of $465 but never got posted, as they cancelled it. Beware double billings, Unresolved
TERRIBLE!! Never show up when they're supposed to. Never call to say they would reschedule. Owner yells and screams at customers and thinks that's ok. They've lost all the business on our street alone.
Horrible....just like other review....no one shows up for appointment two weeks in a row and no phone call to say they couldnt make it. Will never contact again.
