Our LR4 has been nothing but a disappointment. It has been in multiple times for service issues such as not starting and engine noise. Dealing with the service department has been unpleasant, the problem wasn't diagnosed until returning the vehicle over and over again. After the warranty expired, we experienced issues again. and paid for additional repairs. We will not purchase another Land Rover product.
I have been dealing with Jaguar Thornhill for few years now, leased 3 cars from there. Everytime I had a great experience, from start to finish. They have very good people in sales, very friendly and easy to deal with.
I'm now on my second Range Rover purchased at the Thornhill location. My sales rep Cindy was very knowledgeable and was able to find the RR Sport I wanted even though they didn't have it at their location. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel they are understaffed.
