Terrible customer service
Great selection of pizzas that are reasonably priced. My go to place when I'm too lazy to cook and they never disappoint:)
You walk in and it feels like the time Nonna left all her money to her nephew, the "finocchio". Everyone in the place is "mort". About the food; (1) the veal ($6 plus tax), is one thick piece that is more like beef soaked in milk and passed off as veal, with a house tomato sauce (run of the mill). (2) the sausage in a bun; one run of the mill sausage stuffed on bun and handed to you with the same tomato sauce. Spend an extra buck and go to California's for a much better product, atmoshere and service (horse head in my bed tomorrow, can just feel it).
Nicster here with another great review. The wrecking crew decided to visit the big city. Our buzz from drinking on the way up had subsided and we were questing for a place to whet our whistles. The Kings Slice does not have a large bar selection so we had smuggle or own strong drink in our jackets. This was done with ease. We then got our jags going again and hassled some whiteys.
Best Pizza slice in the city! I especially LOVE the Arrabiata slice which I will venture to say is a true masterpiece. I stay away sometimes because the slices are too big and have alot of beautiful cheese. It is worth the 5 minute wait if they are out of the slice you want. Fresh jalapeno peppers, garlic, crushed tomatoes...the list goes on. The soup is also extremely good and a well kep secret. For years I have wished that they would expand throughout the city but they prefer to remain a singular location at this time. Just east of High Park if you are in the neighbourhood.
Need two two paper plates to carry a slice. Pizza is so so. I've only had the deluxe but wasn't impressed. The allure is the size of the slices, not the taste.
I thought it was a pretty good pizza slice, but it wasn't the best pizza I ever had, like some people have stated here. I prefer a more flexible, thin crust, other than that it was pretty good. Nice toppings too. The 'arrabiata' slice I had was not too spicy once the hot peppers were removed.
The BEST pizza in the city. We order from here at least a couple of times a month. Everything is fresh and delicious, and you can easily feed four VERY hungry people with a large pizza, which works out to less than $5 per person.
Great food and service, the atmosphere was very homey and it was an over all great exprience. We hand a great time. And I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great slice of pizza. it was so big and hot and fresh. We were never more full on a single slice of pizza. Would defintely go again.
All I can say is I really enjoyed my experience here. Teh pizza is hot and fresh. The slices are huge and there was even am apolagetic note from the owners about the price witch by the way, was very reasonable. This is just a great pizza joint that is worth checking out.
I have gotten the big slice here (delicious and fresh), ordered spaghetti with tuna (delicious again), and gotten a take out pizza (superb). The take out pizza was actually a thinner crust, and very well done at that. They are not fancy for dining in, but the food is wonderful and the prices reasonable, and hey, they have a sidewalk patio.
HUGE slice of pizza, served on two plates! The biggest slice I have ever seen! Very good food, fast and friendly service. I eat there once a week. I have tried all of their slices. Pepperoni is the best.
Walking along the north side of Bloor on a sunny afternoon, the smell will draw you in to a wonderful little pizza place. The slices are very good but please order fresh pizza. King Slice introduced me to how delicious anchovy pizza can be.
The pizza is terrific - made with care and excellent ingreditents - it dwarfs the popular pizza joints
this is the best pizza in the city. i especially enjoy the Hawaiian slices - enough to feed 3 people.
The Pizza there is great. The Slices are huge and you can't compare their size to other pizza slice because all other sizes are small compared to this place. The Price is great if you want a drink it would cost about $5 with a slice.
by far the best slice in town. Huge slices ( given to you on 2 paper plates)that are tough to finish. Always fresh.

Quite likely the winner in the pizza delivery category. One can choose from regular, thick or thin crusts. Personal favourite would have to be the thick crust, overloaded with a choice of 41 different toppings. From their specialty list, it’s hard to go wrong with the pancetta pizza, featuring bacon, ham and roasted red peppers.
View this Smart ListAs the name suggests, this High Park pizzeria specializes in king-sized slices that are loaded with garlicky tomato sauce and a generous amount of melted cheese. If you really want to ramp up the flavour, ask to have your slice drizzled in garlic oil and sprinkled with the house-made chili flakes.
