I had an VERY poor experience with this company. Apparently, they measured the top wrong to cut the sink the day of the install (even after they came to measure twice, on two separate occasions) and then the sink didn't fit. Instead of putting everything back, they decided to replace the sink to an inferior make and claimed I was insane to believe that my sink was better quality. After an argument with Steve, he claimed he was right to not do his job and make the customer pay for his mistake.
The plumber did not know what he was doing.I shad a leak in the kitchen tap,I supplied the new catridge(a popular Moan).He said he had never seen this.He put it in charged me over $100 and left.The next morning it leaked again.I called him,but he was not interested in coming back.His loss.I will not refer him to any of my friends.
