To be fair, I have had great service and food at the Barrie location.
When we moved to the city, we thought we'd try this place.
Food was good, however as we were preparing to leave and were paying the bill and getting our jackets on, the waitress said "Where's my tip??"
We of course were going to tip, but just hadn't reached that stage. So fearful was she that she was not going to be tipped, she decided to ask like that.
Classy. And we still tipped her.
Mind you this was a few years ago, but enough to remains etched in my mind.

I have been eating here for about 2 years now and the service and food is on the decline. Our last time eating smoked salmon the salmon had gone bad and smelled like an old mop. And the owner/manager has become rude and abusive person who happens to be there all the time. More recently eating there, our bills were about 12 dollars each for lunch all you can eat sushi. Owner would not allow us to our bills as is with tip, rather wanted us to pay an even number like 15 or 20. I have no problems with giving a tip of 3 dollars on a 12 dollar meal but would rather not be forced into it as he was doing. We have never had to do this before. I was very displeased as he raised his voice in front of all the customers. Defininitely will not return there.

It is a great all you can eat sushi place. Honestly, I am SO glad we found this little gem. Very good food! Always fresh. Always ALL you can eat!

This is my favorite sushi place. I'm there everyday ( thankfully I work and live nearby). The previous review is not correct. There is no difference in quality between lunch (9.99+ taxes) and dinner (17.99+taxes) menu. They add just extra, more fancy rolls and sashimi. Since I'm there almost everyday I know their stuff very well and they know me. Guys work hard from 11 am to 11 pm, always nice to you, always bring what you order, never "forget" to bring something. And their rolls just amazing, I can't eat sushi anywhere else.
