What started out as a small automotive repair shop owned and operated by Howard Mercer has grown into a full service, family owned collision repair facility. In fact, that original shop is still in operation as part of our newly renovated, modern facilities.     This is the worst...

    This is the worst place to have any auto accessories installed, no one knows what there doing and then when you need warranty work done lol that's the biggest problem they don't want to honour anything they sell. Not even 1 star!!!!!!!!!!

    At first there was a very nice employee helping me when a man from an office behind the receptionist came out with an attitude and told the employee to stop helping me and almost threw me out telling me to go somewhere else in a very aggressive way. I have never seen customer service like that and I feel sorry for the employees who seem very nice. I will never go back.

    Many thanks to the crew at SAC. They did a first class job looking after some body work and rust spots I needed taken care of before the winter sets in. The areas they fixed look like new and they matched the paint perfectly.

    This past winter ...

    This past winter I had an amazing stress free experience with SAC Superior Auto Collision! On the highway I hit a large piece of ice that had fallen off a transport and wrecked the front end of my car. Superior and my insurance company got it fixed in a timely manner and Im so happy to have my car back in tip top shape again at minimal cost! Thank you Superior, that could have been a nightmare, but you made it very easy!

    I needed new brakes. I had received a price from another auto shop but the price was too steep for my budget. A friend suggested Superior Auto, so I gave them a call. Claudio took my car in right away for an inspection and quote. The quote included all four brakes and my back calipers, the price was far more competitive than the price from the competitor for less work. Superior Auto did the work and I couldn't be happy with the service and care provided. Thank you
