The owner is so rude to clients and staff. I'm sure it's the same owner that was reviewed in 2013. Seems as thou things haven't changed there at all.

Bad expericence

Pfttt... this place has the worst customer service possible

Can't imagine this place will last.. so disorganized and every time I'm there or walk by there is only one person on the floor due to more than 1/2 the staff quitting. when I'm in the stylist chair I'm satisfied but the atmosphere was always my favourite part .Very disappointing.

Best experience in hair and salon yet.

Amazing staff, super-welcoming and comfortable environment while still providing up-scale service. I'd recommend to all of my friends, 1/2 my family are customers now!
