Francis made a verbal contract to provide rims with center caps and to mount them on my winter tires with balancing. Picked up car and was charged the agreed upon amount; however, Francis did not provide the center caps and said he wouldn’t be providing them anymore. Steering wheel shakes and asked to have the wheels re-balanced – he refused, yelled at me and told me to go elsewhere to have them balanced.
Customer's OEM center cap fit perfectly on replica rims. Aftermarket center caps were provided. Vibration due to Customer's used tires, which were the wrong size. Customer was well aware of the size variation, but insisted on using it.

Scratched my rims
brough my rims in to get new tires mounted, after everything is installed i noticed circular scratches on all 4 rims. Complainted to the owner but he suggested "go to a rim repair shop and we will go from there." ...??
not satisfy with the customer service and service.
Customer purchased 4 new tires, wanted them installed on his loose rims, which had tires removed before bringing them in. Circular scratches were present prior to installation.
