I am a relatively new Ford Customer, so the team does not know me well as yet (maybe it's better, which means I do not need to service the Truck often). Nonetheless, I am very pleased with the service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Turnaround for service (oil change) was super quick - they even looked at something else for me, on a busy Saturday. Very approachable group of service staff - ask and you will be informed.
The service experience was quite comfortable and painless. For the oil change and changeover to snow tires, I was not really surprised (since this has happened before) to find that the oil was filled to 2/3 full (instead of full as you might expect) and the tires pressures were significantly lower than the pressures recommended on the vehicle decal for tire pressures (and the tires were supplied by Formula Ford). Otherwise, the required service was done satisfactorily.
