I came to this salon for a cut and colour correction, I won't mention the previous salons name. The stylist that fixed my hair was Josh, he was very down to earth and made me feel at ease with my situation as I was visibly upset. I left feeling fantastic and couldn't have imagined it going any better than it had. The ladies were great and all so friendly, a very welcoming atmosphere with lots of laughs. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone, and I now have many friends and family going there as well!

Best Hair Salon In Town!

I first visited Revamp Hair Studio just after their opening. I was so happy with the way the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Serena cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted it. I have returned many times since and had different staff do my hair. I have been very pleased with all of them. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone especially if you want to have the best do in town!

Very Disappointed

I arrived on time and was greeted in a friendly manor. I did not have to wait and was taken right in to begin. Julie was pleasant and made small conversation. I went in with long hair having long layers and bangs. I brought a photo of the cut and style I wished for. I chose a long bob cut having long layers. I realized that my bangs were shorter than the photo however long enough to make it work. I am very disappointed in the cut. The cut I received has much shorter layers than the photo I brought in and looks nothing like it. It is very rounded rather than shaped like a bob in more of a triangle shape. I am also very disappointed with the styling. It is my understanding that when I pay for a wash, cut and blow dry that you leave the salon with hair that has been dried and styled. Yesterday I walked out of there with very damp hair that had not been styled. Rather, slightly dried with gel and scrunched. My bangs hadn't been touch to blend in with the damp mess of curls, rather left and dried on their own with fly away ends. I expressed to Julie my feelings that it looked nothing like the photo and she simply stated it must just be the way she dried it. She made no attempt to then style it like the photo even. She offered to cut it shorter however I declined as that would be even worse. I ended up coming home very displeased with the way my hair looks and still paying $33 and obviously no tip. I expected a simple bob with long layers to be very simple to do seeing as I went in with much longer hair than in the photo, a clean slate if you will. I cannot express how upset I am with this hair cut. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
