Horrible,Worst ever, Stole my pant worth new over $100/- given for dry cleaning and then overcharged me on another package claiming I had not paid,

Absolutely terrible. I went to this seamstress, having heard she was good, to have her shorten my prom dress. In the end we payed for her to shorten the dress And to clean it because there was a stain. I went to try it on today and the bottom is completely uneven and on top of that my dress shrunk too sizes and it's gone from fitting snugly to not being able to zip up at all. I'm extremely dissapointed because the dress was expensive and now I can't wear it because there's no fabric to let out.
