Very well priced, friendly, and a quality hair cut. I got a fade and everything including my beard lined up with a straight razor. Could not have been happier for $18 + tip.
Awful experience!!!! I could have done better on my own, in fact I went in looking for colour touch up and a trim I paid and left. Ran over to the pharmacy and bought 2 boxes of color went home put it on but couldnt correct the damage. So upset! save yourself the stress and your $. Very unprofessional staff!!!
1st thing they dont charge what they say they are going to charge but thats not even the issue. I had my hair done 4 weeks before, highlighted,color, and cut, the works. So all I wanted to do was get my roots touched up (my hair WAS a light blond with lighter blong highlighs) so I had received a flyer stating that roots were 45.00 I asked before I went in how much they normally charged and they said it would cost 55.00 fine, (by the way my hair is not even chin lengh) then she isnt sure what colour to apply I choose one with her, then she says "that one takes 40 mins to stay on yur hair" and I told her I have some grey hair so that is what I am use to etc. She then says that she has a great product it only will take 10 mins to process, she runs off to get the color guide and does not return and promises it will be fine. She applied it in a way I have never seen but fine, so she rinses it out and you can see that my hair is now black on the roots and a faded grey through tht e rest of the hair and my highlights are gone, I am sitting there and I see the lighting is really bad so I will wait until she is finished, she blow drys my hair and sees what I see but doesnt say anything and says that she is going to add a highlight or two, she does this and then tells me that I could use a trim and that my hair looks heavy to one side. Long story short I left the salon with a slanted hair cut (I wont even go into that) but worse then that, I now have back roots, 3 orange highlights and grey faded hair and I over paid too!!! I headed stright from there to shoppers drug mart and spoke to the cosmetic counter and they couldnt believe I paid for that! So I bought 2 boxes of light blond hair dye and covered my hair, twice that night and again 3 days later and and again 4 days after that. My hair is ruined its dead and dry and it looks like a 2 year old cut it, dont waste your time or money, dont go to this "salon"
