Best Fish and Chips ever

I'm a big fan of fish and chips. I would rank this shop the best in Canada by far. I've ordered F&C where ever I can in Canada. This place's batter is by far the lightest. The batter is what distinguishes the real thing from the wannabes. The portions are a fair size and price is reasonable. I would recommend this fish and chip shop to anyone that enjoys the real deal. Too bad they don't make fish cake. I hear they have other locations but this is closest to home

Friday Family Tradition

Moved to the area 2 1/2 years ago and found Fishermans Place. Great fish, awesome chips and good sized portions. Call ahead on Fridays if you are going to pick up the order. Typically 20-30 minute wait, not because they are slow but because they are busy

Always great out fish & chips

Have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and they have the lightest tasting batter and very generous portions of fish. The batter never tastes overly greasy like it can at some places. The coleslaw is great too. Always a long line up for take out so best to call ahead.

The Fish was great, nice and fluffy, light crispy batter. The fries were fresh. The gravy was awesome. You could actually see the chef make your chip and chips. Loved the fact they are environmentally friendly. They packed my fish and chips in recycled paper not Styrofoam. You have to try this place if you want great English style Fish and chips with large portions for reasonable prices.
