Lived here for 3 years. The building is not worth the rent amount. Very old rooms. The landlord does not make renovations nor repairs. The rent payment system is messed up, I would never be able to reach the landlord on the first just so they can charge me a late rent fee.
I would highly suggest, if you interested in living here, look else where first.
