Absolutely terrible. Worst walk-in clinic I have ever been to- actually the worst health care service I have ever been to. Had the rudest doctor possible. Waited for 3 hours, then the woman doctor walked in obviously trying to make it as quick as possible. She rudely stated that she couldn't look at my eye and then walked out of the room. What kind of service is that? How is a medical clinic unable to look at injured eyes? Whatever your situation AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. Just horrible...
Went in for help with severe anxiety and depression. Dr told me to cheer up and be more motivated to be happy. As anyone with depression knows, this is impossible. Im sure this Dr is fine for a noté when you're sick from work but wouldn't recommend any legitimate medical treatment from him especially concerning mental health.
Doctor basically wanted me in and out as quick as possible. Went in for a sinus infection and he told me it couldn't be without even looking in my nose. All he did was stand about 3 feet away and shine his light towards my mouth. Told him I bought Flonase from Shoppers and he basically called me a liar saying it wasn't possible, even though I assured him I did. He then asked if I had benefits, I told him I do, he then wrote me a prescription for a nasal spray that isn't covered.
AVOID this clinic specially if you don't have insurance, because they will use any opportunity to rip you off. I believe the problem is with the administration not employees. In fact Dr. Mohammad who visited me was nice. But each doctor has a short time for each patient's visit, so you don't really have enough time to talk about your problem.
Today they called me and said we have the results of your blood test and doctor wants you to come for a visit. I went there and paid 80$ from pocket. When talked to the doctor he said that he didn't want to see me today because he needed the results of my other test too.
I told them you should call me if MY DOCTOR wants to see me, not just when any other doctor see the test results and find some problem. They just said this is the way we do it i.e this is the way we make money.
