Prince Albert's Diner welcomes you to their establishment. Discover a menu offering hamburgers, priced at 11$ to 25$ and can get there not only by public transit but also by bicycle.
The food and atmosphere were both very very avereage. I would like to try again maybe at a different time of day when things may not have been left cooked and reheated! The staff did their best to accomodate.

**I actually visited this place in 2001 but I put 2003 since the list only goes back to 2003**
I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend. We ordered our meal, originally "to go". About a minute after ordering my friend and I decided we would eat inside instead. The waitress, Bessy, was very rude and told us coldly that we could not stay inside - despite the fact that there were many empty tables available. My friend asked why this was and she replied that it was "their policy". But that wasn't the end of it.
I wrote a letter of complaint to Prince Alberts, and received a reply in the mail a week later, as follows (I might be paraphrasing somewhat):
"WHEN YOU HAVE A MINUTE, COME ON IN AND ASK FOR BESSY. LET'S HAVE A LITTLE CHAT." (yes, it was in capitals)
In all my years prior to this and since then, never have I had such horrible, horrible service, and for the 5 years since then I have continually told people not to go to Prince Albert's. Not only that, but at that time their prices were way too high for the type of restaurant they were.
Yes, it has been 5 years, but now that I have found this website I cannot help but tell the world about my horrible experience there.
