Great atmosphere. PErfect for a date. Nice jazz...
Great atmosphere. PErfect for a date. Nice jazz music...a bit on the loud side...but it really added to the ambiance. Awesome pizza, and wine.

Made reservations for an early New Year's Eve...
Made reservations for an early New Year's Eve dinner, yet had to wait 15 minutes for our table when we arrived. Only one bartender was on duty so our drinks (a Shirley Temple and 2 glasses of wine) took 20 minutes to reach our table. Our waitress made an effort, but the food was unimpressive and took ages. There was a live band playing when we arrived, but after 2 songs they took a break and sat at the bar... We were disappointed when we got our bill and discovered that a $10.00 cover charge is automatically added to the total because of the live music. Didn't love paying $10.00 to watch the band sitting at the bar for an hour...especially as we were not told about the charge beforehand. Restaurant has nice atmosphere, but that's about it.

The service was very bad. It was slow, taking 40 minutes just to get bread and drinks. Food and drinks were expensive. Music is nice but watch for the cover charge that they sneak on your bill.

The live music and atmosphere of this place is...
The live music and atmosphere of this place is charming, very nicely decorated and new musicians all the time playing. Their menu's selection is limited and expensive... You have to pay a $3.25 cover fee on friday to sunday which was not advertised. Their food is pricey and what I ordered was ordinary. Their live music is their strongest attribute of the resturant, but the menu is lacking.

The ambiance in this place was tops. It looked great, the spacing was very comfortable and the noise level was perfect. The atmosphere was very friendly. The ocean spray martini was great but we had to remind them to bring our salad even though and it was the only food we ordered. It was okay. Overall I liked it but the food was really not that good and I didn't like that they snuck the $3.50 cover charge in the menu so we had no idea before we were sat. Sort of sneaky. But our waitress was very friendly so I couldn't be bitter about it. This would be a very nice place for a special occassion. The prices are a bit large though so you might want to eat before hand.
