Dealing with Futu...
Dealing with Futureshop and the Geek Squad was a terrible experience. After spending over $4,000 on a new smart tv with accessories, the Geek Squad did not show up on the appointed date to set it up. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had to track them down to find out what happened. I ended up speaking to 3 different people, they all gave me a different excuse. Eventually they told me that the tv was not even in the store yet!
