Do not start your day out with this breakfast place!
Won't return again. Recently, upon arrival as I sat, my server told me that I couldn't bring my reusable to-go cup into the restaurant. Was I to get up, dump the contents, and come back??? I think not, how rude! Next, when my breakfast order came, I immediately saw something wrong with it and told the server, but she told me that she couldn't take it back, and she would have to charge me for anything changed. Worst service ever!!! Plus hasn't changed since 1932, not appealing anymore folks
First time at this restaurant and last time! The food was below average. I ordered a mushroom omelette. The mushrooms tasted like they may have been canned. The 'Spanish sauce' was no more than tasteless gravy for which I had to pay extra. The home fries tasted like boiled potatoes with a little browning. My wife had a hot liver sandwich of which she left about seventy percent. The service was average. What a disappointment.
My son and I ordered the Russell Burger & my daughter and wife ordered a Quich & Chicken Breast dinner. Food was well perpared and good quality. They used real cheese on the burger and potatoes weren't rozen. Excellent portion. Only con is the atmosphere and the lighting.
My family and I were looking for somewhere for Sunday Breakfast - a lot of my friends suggested to try Russell Williams - boy were they right - we had a great breakfast and the price was great.
We'll be back for sure !!
I ordered an all day breakfast item. It was plenty of food for a good price. friendly staff and quaint atmosphere. Very quiet which is great for conversations.
