Pepper Shack

Friday afternoon experience - food is not kept at the right temperature. Either that or they’re selling food that was kept out of the refrigerator for hours bcuz it SMELLS. A restaurant should not ask every customer whether they need the food “warmed up”, the food should be served FRESH and HOT. Also ordered a side of saltfish and what I received is below. I’m pretty sure this is not the saltfish you’d expect from a Jamaican restaurant. No wonder they’ve been closed or shut down at random...

The staff here is so friendly. Even if the food isnt that great the customer service alone makes me want to spend my money here again. P.s. the food was always great!

Excellent food and fantastic service everyone is very friendly the restaurant is very clean and kept well organized make sure to try there porridge especially there plantain and peanut. And get a taste of there curry goat and bar b que chicken with their special pumpkin rice.

Excellent food, quick service.... Make sure you try the curry lobster, pepper shrimp and fried chicken.

FANTASTIC!! For years I have longed for quality caribbean food in Brampton, until I found Pepper Shack. They offer a great variety of menu options including seafood. My favoriate is the curry lobster and pepper shrimp. They are a MUST Try.

The food here is AMAZING..good food fast friendly service...i like everything but the Stewed Peas is PHENOMENAL..Caribbean restaurants around..there is a new neighbour in town.

Pepper Shack is an amazing Caribbean restaurant! The food is so good and flavourful and the customer service is even better! My favourite dish is their curried lobster, it’s so good I even Order a big dish for my Christmas dinner! You definitely will not be disappointed if you visit the Pepper Shack!

If you order pumpkin rice, prepare to pay extra for the pumpkin in the rice. Coleslaw is not complimentary but also at an extra cost. The prices on the board are not the same as what you will pay either. The rasta girl at the cash register is also very rude so prepare for her bad attitude. I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant.

MY GOODNESS! Jamaica House better make room for this fire spot. The jerk pork, pumpkin rice, BBQ chicken, festival, and rice and peas are PHENOMENAL. You can tell this place cooks with love and their customer service is A+. Have yet to try the curry lobster, but I don't doubt it's as good as the rest of the food I've tried.
