This is the worst car rental company I have been to. I had an accident on the highway, and the tow truck company referred Elegant so I took a car from them. When I was trying to return the car to them after a week, they were trying to charge me $250 admin fee for returning the car earlier than the due date, which they did not explain to me when I signed the contract. They threaten me if I don't keep the car for another week, they would charge me the admin fee. Such a unethical business!
Right after the accident, the rental car showed up very quickly and the contract was signed. Little did we know that there was an end date to it, which is hard to imagine as I never mentioned how long i wanted the car and how can I ever guess how long the process will take to repair the car? We returned the car before the end date and was penalized for $250. Insurance will not cover it since it should not have been part of the rental cost at all!

I have never before written a negative review for any business, but this one pushed me over the edge. Unsafe cars, terrible service and a business full of deception.
These guys came on site at the accident into the night to drop off a rental car for me - they advertise complimentary local drop off and pick up. I thought AWESOME service! That is until I had to return the car. They refused to pick the car up outside of business hours and tried to charge me for the weekend even though I returned the car first thing Sat morning. They also charge you $250 if your insurance does not cover a rental even if you try to return it the next day. Read before you sign!!
