lots of sour cream in every dish.they dont know how to thicken gravy by using other ingrediants.all gravies have same taste and flavour.the staff is extremely unprofessional.they all need good training in hospitality and serving.i strongly dont recommend this place.it stinks.
cashier speak very rudely. no hi hello. very bad customer service. and they put too much garlic in food
the food was very good and tasty. i'm non veg so i kind of missed the meat but the vegetarian food was perfect. the staff didnt understand english though
This is the first time I ate at this restaurant. I also know that it is the last. Food was extremely meidiocre. I would also like to tell people who go in to dine there to check the prices before you order anything. I went on a Monday (family day holiday) but was charged the weekend buffet rate as it has been mentioned in very small print that they would!!!!! I was appalled.
I have been there a few times and I do like the food. There is a wide variety and choices for those who are quite choosy like myself. I would however they improved on the masala for the dosa. Masala in the dosa should not be made with red chillies. There is only potato/onions/ red whole chillies and curry leaves with of course salt. The sambar and chutney could also be improved. Anyway on the whole I would recommend to Brar's to my friends.

Aptly named, Brars’ Grand Buffet is open for lunch (11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and dinner (5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.). Authentically Indian, the buffet is entirely vegetarian, consisting of dishes like paneer, samosas, aloo gobi and vegetable biryani. The restaurant first opened in 1986 and now has two locations, one in Etobicoke and one in Brampton, as well as their own line of Indian products sold at Wal Mart and Loblaws.
