A 1 Taxi

This cab/taxi company has sunk to a new low. A taxi service is suppose to pick and drop people off that cannot or do not drive for a fee. This company does not seem to understand the simple premise of the business. Apparently when you make a reservation to be picked up at a certain time so you won’t be late for an appointment , the term “reservation “ is only a”suggestion”. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they “red flag” the address. This company, is by far, the worst!

receptionist is rude. If you ever have an issue, management won't call you back. The cabs are slummy. Some of the drivers smell really bad. Like B.O. and urine. They're pretty scrubby in general. First choice is much better and much more professional and friendly.
