HORRIBLE SALES CULTURE. I deeply regret making my first big furniture purchase here. They do not disclose the automatic enrollment into the most expensive and unnecessary insurance plan you've ever heard of. Management condones and supports it. Go local instead.
It’s our first time to buy furniture at The Brick for our new home and Leah Aragon-Anas, Sales Consultant was there to help us. She is very friendly, me and my husband enjoyed chatting with her while waiting for all the paperwork. We didn’t have any problem with her.
