I have always had great work done by Razi Auto. They have never poked out my eye on price and have always been quick and get the job done. I been going to them since they were on redwood. I tell everyone who needs a good reliable mechanic to go there. I have been to other places but I am glad to have found these guys. Way to go. Good Job
To the guys at razi auto I owe yous an apology I thought yous didn't fix my car but yous did I took the car to another mechanic and he said it looks like yous fixed the top ball joints and that's what you said you fixed he said car is making noise now cos the bottom ball joints have to be fixed hope I can bring the car in after the new year to get fixed sorry guys at razi auto
I was a costumer for 4 years when they was in redwood. The owners of the business the younger one is very helpful and friendly and he did a great job. The older one I don't know why every time he is un happy & he didn't see you as a costumer.
bad costumer service. That is way i don't go back anymore.
To have a good costumer you have to be changed your mind and your attitude.
told to bring car in at 8 am did so two hour job go back 3.5 hour's and they didn't even start working on it thanks for wasting my time took car back will never go back there
