Dawn has been grooming my Persian kitty cat since I’ve had him and she is incredible at what she does! The pets are treated like they are her own and the skill of her grooming is top notch! Best groomer in the Peg!
Dawn has been grooming my beautiful Himalayan cat for years! He always comes out looking fabulous, no matter how icky and matted his coat is going in! Highly recommended!
I have been taking my dog to Pride and Groom for years now. They are professional and treat every customer and pet like a friend. My dog loves running in there and greeting the other dogs and cats. Highly recommended!!!
Ive been taking my dog to Dawn for years. She does a fantastic job and takes her time with her. She treats the animals like family. Pets are not unnecessarily kennelled. I highly recommend Pride and Groom to anyone.
I have just picked up our pet cat, who was in for a grooming. I was told “he was angry” and he needed to be held down by 3 groomers and peed in the process. She then informed me the price, which was more than before, and when asked explained that she had to get help so she’s charging more....and that it’s still cheaper than a vet, I guess comparing herself to a medically trained dr of animals, a professional would not have continued to abuse and put my cat in danger. A million thumbs down :(
I'm sorry you were so upset about the extra $10 fee for a difficult cat groom. Your cat was certainly NOT abused , it took 3 of us to shave out the mats without risk of injury to the cat or my staff, a regular cat groom is $65 which is quite reasonable compared to a vet who would normally put the cat under anyway. After the cat urinated we stopped hence the not so perfect groom as not to cause stress to the animal.

My husband and I take our dog here. I love that it's not a daycare with tons of dogs. Very reliable and always do a great job- definitely recommend!!
If you want your dog to get the best in grooming you cant find a better place.
Dawn is kind to my benji and also doesn't kennel him for the whole day, rather calls us when he is done.
I appreciate that so much.
