asking for a credit card on my first visit to book an appt is disgusting even im 100 percent covered with my insurance..my dentist never ask for credit card ever...and im even willing to pay in cash to book and reimbursed later..but still No is they answer..
Policies and procedures differ with each business. I'm sorry if you are displeased with ours but we treat everyone with the same standards regardless of insurance coverage. Thank you for your opinion. I appreciate your feedback. Cheers.

We have known Angela for a long time now, and she is really good at her job. Angela is very friendly and get along well with her clients. Whenever we go to Choice Massage Therapy, it is always a great experience and we are loyal clients. Keep it up! :)
This is business and trust should be both ways. It is our first time since we moved to Canada that we are booking for an appointment for the first time and we are asked for credit card for "no show" or whatsoever purpose. I am not against about it but they can't wait until you show up for your appointment and get the information they need and the next time you missed your appointment, then they can charge you. That is my first impression and will not book for appointment with them anymore...
My apologies for your dissatisfaction in our policies and procedures. Like many offices in Winnipeg such as dental, veterinary clinics etc., we have this policy to ensure good business. New immigrant or citizen, everyone is treated with the same care. It wouldn't be fair to treat anybody as an exception as we are a very busy clinic. Many wishes to you and your family to a happy and prosperous future in Canada.
