I had my vents and furnace cleaned with 5 star. Amazing job. Randy showed me before and after pictures - night and day. My furnace has never looked cleaner. My vents are as clean as can be. Very helpful advise on maintenance. I will be using them again for my regular vent and furnace cleaning from now. You will get what you paid for and more.
Never showed up for appointment, telling me I had booked for another day. Later they said I had indeed booked for the day that they did not show up but no explanation why they did not show up. When I contacted them, they twice said they would get back to me in a minute and never returned call until 5 days later. After, they erased their part of the conversation with me via Messenger. Too many red flags to try booking with them again.
More like 0 star! Randy gave me an appointment and did not show up, did not answer phone calls and did not call me to let me know that he was unable to make it. Wasted 3 weeks as I waited for this appointment.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
Recently had a my furnace & ducts done by this company. They were professional & explained everything they were doing. They showed me live pictures of the ducts after cleaning as well as the furnace. They were a bit later then the original appt time but it was due to unexpected issues and he made sure to call and update me. They also werent too late so it was okay with me!
