Went in for a cover up. Had the picture I wanted which I already stenciled before to see that it would in fact cover up the other tattoo. He told me it was too boring and I needed something better so I gave him a list of things Id like and said as long as it's within my budget. He told me he'd have 2 designs for me to chose from... a couple days before the tattoo and I still haven't gotten a design.
