My rental house has been managed by Kahl Realty and Property Management for over 4 years. Since Tita became my manager three years ago, I have peace of mind in the knowledge the house is taken care of by this team. Tita is professional, approachable, available and goes the extra mile in her management job. She is an excellent liaison between landlord and tenant if the need arises. I have used Kahl Realty for almost three years to manage a rental property in the Westshore of Victoria. I don't know anything about buying or selling a home from this business but if you are interested in renting from them....don't do it! I called about a property that Cornelia was renting for her client and I was told to leave my number for her to call back...never did. I called her the next day and asked about the property, she said it was out of town and practically booted me off the phone. I called again a week later and asked if she could send photos because I live in the Okanagan and cant go look myself. She hemmed and hawed and basically said no....I told her I cant rent it if I cant see it...she agreed but didn't offer a solution. She said she was too busy and that was it. I asked her if she was interested at all in renting the place and if this was a property management company and she began to argue with me...I had to hang up on her. I feel sorry for her client and the owner of this company...what a poor representation of this company through Cornelia, and the client is getting ripped off as she doesn't even try to rent their property...she is not even doing her job!! It was like banging my head against a wall trying to speak with her. I am a business development professional, I work from home and myself and my dog come with stellar references. I probably would have been a perfect tenant for the home owners but she was "too busy"
