We describe ourselves as as 'Italian Casual,' offering the best of Rustic Pizzas, Presto Pastas and Salads in a cooked to order, quick service style. This innovative service style allows our guests to control how much time they commit to lunch or dinner.
I have not been to Presto Cucina for a few years and from that visit have very good memories. However, this experience left something to be desired!
After deciding what to order at the counter, I was required to pay and tip before I received any food or service (I thought tipping was for good service after the meal).
The only booth (the place wasn't even half full) available was left with dirty dishes from the last patrons. I asked to have them taken away - only after 10 minutes, just before our food came.
My girlfriend's Chicken panini was fine but my Meat Lasagna seemed meatless. It did not taste much more than tomato sauce and pasta. During the course of your 25-35 minute dinner NO-ONE came by to ask if everything was fine.
On a lighter note, the booth we sat in was cozy and we were able to have a nice conversation even while there were a few other patrons conversing in our area. I just had higher expectations from my previous visit. Oh well, I guess my money will be better spent else were.
