I had a suitcase with a broken wheel. He was able to rebuild the wheel right in the store while I waited at a good price.

Wanderlust Luggage Repair is a modest little shop chock full of suitcases on the Kingsway in Vancouver. It's run by two super talented and warm gentlemen who can address ANY and all of your suitcase repair needs. I'd been locked out of my new Monos suitcase for 3 days and was at my wit's end. They returned my call almost immediately, and had me on the road in 20 minutes. I highly recommend them!
Excellent service and great job of replacing my Tumi suitcase handle>. I was expecting to have to leave the suitcase and pick it up in a week or so but they replaced the broken handle with a brand new one within 10 minutes while I waited.
