Always courteous and helpful. The prices are good for the quality of merchandise,I would definitely use this merchant again and again. As for recommending this merchant....yes, yes and yes!
I would not recommend shopping at Trigo's. I purchased a dress there that was falling apart at the seams. I only noticed after purchase and before leaving the store. They assured me they would pay for repairs, and the next day phoned to say that it was up to me to cover the cost incurred. The staff were rude, disorganized, and unapologetic. I will never shop there again. A new dress should not be falling apart, especially at the ridiculous prices they charge at Trigo's for below quality garments. The service I received is the main reason I would not recommend shopping there.
