I'm not normally one to take the time to write a review, but here's the story ,had an issue with my water heater and the control valve. Didn't show up as promised and no updates without me calling , then advised the part and labour would be 800 but I should pen get a new tank for 1300 installed on a 4.5 year old tank. In the end they pretty much gave up told me to try else here as the new tank would be way more than 1300. I got the part myself for 160 at sherets and milani installed for 180
August 6 2014 installed a new furnace. Left a big hole in my bathroom ceiling. Customer Rep states their policy is to use a vent cover only. IMO This leaves it prone to moisture and mold. After pleading, company agrees to patch the drywall, but NOT PAINT!!!! Stay away from this company

We at Moore & Russell appreciate to hear from our customers. good or bad. We are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectation on the installation of your new Lennox furnace. We strive to exceed our customers expectations from start to finish. It appears that we obviously didn't communicate our policies clearly as far as repairs to dry wall that can be due to venting of the furnaces. Even if we felt we expressed our policy clearly, you have brought to our attention the fact that we need to be clearer and should have it in writing and signed prior to beginning any work. Again we do appreciate your feedback and will be implementing new procedures to avoid this situation again.
I was driving into work this morning from Maple Ridge, and this white truck with the company logo was dodging in and out of traffic, and one point he was in front of me and he wanted to get over into the right lane and I guess he thought the car was speeding so he gave the guy the finger. Then he went back to driving aggressively. I don't know about you but if this is the kind of guy that this company has employed with them, I'm not interested. I couldn't imaging this guy coming to my home. He obviously has some anger problems.

We have taken these comments and have discussed it with all the employees to make sure their driving behavious meet our expectations in the same way we deliver the highest level of safety & customer service in your homes. We never like to hear of this type of incident and do keep track of our trucks by GPS and although we are confident that this type of behaviour is not typical of any of our staff, we would aprreciate to be contacted if anyone ever experiences this again.
