My move from Victoria to Penticton was a nightmare
The owner will promise one thing, than turn around and do another. Very poor customer service. He will yelle at you and hold your belongings ransom until you pay his bill in full. BEWARE!!!

Scott the owner has great guys working for him, but is extremely rude and unprofessional. Threatened to dump our belongings because we got stuck waiting for a ferry when moving from the mainland to Nanaimo. He had overbooked his truck and blamed us because "it was our stuff in it". Thanks goes to his crew that stuck with us to the end and finished the job.
Very unfortunate experience in May 2015 when this company broke anything of value in my move and then offered too little as compensation. As a single mother I had to go out and replace everything broken, I'll be paying it off for a year. Never again
Booked and confirmed 3 times for help moving my 82 year old mother into a seniors' place. At 5:10, I called and was told they would be late. When I asked, how long, I was told that if I didn't want to wait, I shouldn't have booked the last move of the day! I'm a 60 Y.O. woman and I had to move all of her furniture and boxes myself (after just having eye surgery!) No show, no follow up since and no apology. Rude and unreliable. Have had many others agree about this very poor moving company!
