I was not impressed with my visit. I booked an appointment for me and my sister in law, and the person that did her nails was 20 min late. We weren't offered water or anything, and I asked if we could change the TV channel about 3 times, and I didn't get a straight answer until the 3rd time saying "I don't know what channel is the one you are asking about". My nails look good, and it was not a bad experience but I just wouldn't go back.
