I was greeted promptly when walking in the store, and felt free to browse for what I was in need for.
I questioned the salesperson as I found potential lamps I was interested in, and was assisted with a professional approach right through to the purchase of them.
Once we purchased our couch we weren't kept up to date with delays. When we called in for updates the salesman flat out refused to update us saying he would call us back later in the week. He was rude and condescending on the phone.
As soon as I walked in the door Tim was the first associate I saw and asked me what I needed. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly where it was just not in the color I wanted. So he suggested that I can do a special order for what I want and I said perfect lets do that. The whole time I was in your store Tim took care of me from start to finish. I felt so comfortable with him I told him of my bad experience somewhere else. Thanks Tim for making my 2nd time a positive one?
