I took my computer in because it had problems, they charged me 40$ to diagnose the problem (corrupted hard drive) and then offered to reinstall windows 7 on my remaining hard drive. They wanted to charge me another 50$ to install the drivers! I installed them myself. My computer was acting a little different ever since I got it back though and I finally realized it's because they installed a 32 bit operating system! It's limited the ram on a gaming pc to what you can find on a phone... :(
