Very clean shop and service department was very friendly. Took my Tacoma in for service and was prepared to wait the whole day however they were able to get it in right away. Jeeva was my service advisor and he was very helpful when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up Angela helped close my paperwork and explained the full inspection. Will definitely be coming back!!

The "after" service is horrible. When we purchased the extra care package, we were told we had until the end of the extra time we purchased to use the oil changes with the ecp. Later on, Kingsway Toyota tried to change the terms and revoke unused oil changes. Our friends also indicated that when they needed a single tire replaced, Kingsway Toyota said they could only order 4 and they would have to buy all 4.
