I absolutely love my new truck and was so happy with the service at Crossline...they were fast and welcoming and worked hard to get me the deal I needed...Mike and Michelle were both amazing and this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle!! Totally would recommend this place!!
I got a 2010 sebring in 2012. I have had nothing but problems. I would bring the car in to them and they would say there was no issues. The car died on me. I took it to midas and they found many problems including recalls that were not even fixed by touch down before they sold it to me. The staff at touch down were very pushy and when i call them about the issues they told me they sold the car to me and for me to deal with it. They never even asked to take a look at it, and talked down to me like I was a piece of dirt.
