Ive been very pleased with this facility since day one when I first brought my dog Blaze here to have his ear operated on and when Blaze went on his journey to his final resting place, the compassion and deep down care was phenomenal, I ll never forget it. We now have a new family member, Tiger and had him neutered here and must say Im still experiencing a clinic that expresses that deep down care and I m loving that. Tiger now has his certificates, shots up to date and he is ready to go.
Oh, its all 5 stars - until it ISNT.And when it isnt, it is horrifyingly so.Great as a pet food supplier or for small matters, but beware!Patronizing and dangerous to you when a situation is frightening. Here, you are gambling on poor odds that he will feel compassion. Please take care! We always gush about how wonderful something is, until it is brutal, and this is NOT a store or cafe, but a DOCTOR. You are trusting him with a cherished life, so even a single 1 star rating ought to give pause.
Nothing but great service here. 1.5 yrs ago I planned to euthanize my cat when another vet felt he likely had advanced kidney disease. I got a second opinion at Forest Lawn who found thyroid disease with minor kidney issues. With careful management kitty improved and he is doing really well now. To the negative reviewer: regular vets often cannot handle emergencies. Several 24-hour emergency hospitals in the city do - that is what they are there for. Dont ditch your vet for this.
I have taken my pets here for years. I call today because my cat seems to be very ill suddenly. I was told, that was unfortunate but they are too busy. I agree! I WILL NO LONGER BOTHER THEM WITH MY MONEY.
