I phoned to get a price on a Retrax One Tonneau Cover - and was given a price which was a 4-day short-term special. I came into town from BC some days later to find that the price on the web was $200 more. I called - and they said they would honour the price I was originally given! Imagine that!!
And they did - they installed the tonneau quickly, at the time agreed and even wanted to know if I wanted a further discount or replacement due to some (really minor) scuffing on one of the rails.
Fantastic service - and super-honest! I heartily recommend them to anyone needing truck accessories.

I was looking on line and I noticed that this guys had great prices, so i called them to inquire about a cover. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The product I was looking for was in stock and they told me they would install it for free. So there i went.
To my surprise they pulled my truck into their shop right away and installed the cover in minutes. They showed me how to install and remove the cover and tested my tailgate lock. My lock was seized, so without any extra charge (and to my surprise) they removed the lock, sprayed oil and made it work again. They suggested to keep my tailgate locked at all times because tailgates are being stolen in Calgary.
